Project overview
The main task right now is to find me a house to rent. This is a part time job 6-10 hours per week for an intelligent Spanish speaking VA who is reliable, a quick thinker, can follow instructions, and doesn't disappear. I prefer someone in Mexico, but for the right person, you can be anywhere so long as you are fluent in Spanish and Ingles (written and verbal), understand me verbally on Telegram, and you are good at online research so you can find me a house for rent. You will also need to call or WA landlords or realtors. If you aren't in Mexico, I have a way for you to call for free, or I can give you minutes to call through an app. I need a strong mature person (but not the bullying egotistical type) who isn't easily controlled by others and is not full of FEAR. I live in Mexico now, but don't speak fluent Spanish. I moved to Celaya Guanahato GTO and need to move. I have 3 different states and many cities to choose from where I can move to, but it's been a challenge due to the rental requirements & huge increases in the prices of rent. I've been looking for 2 months now and have to find a house quick. I am looking for a house to rent in Celaya, Michoacan or QRO (Santiago de Queretaro or San Juan del Río) or Toluca or Metepec, Edomex, but not very close to the airport. Morelia, Pátzcuaro, Acuitzio, Capula, Arteaga, Tzintzuntzán, Hidalgo, La Piedad, Tarimbaro, Erongaricuro, Uruapan, or Zamora. I am low income because I work for free to help save Humanity with my non profit. On top of your hourly rate, I'm offering a $30 USD bonus for anyone who finds me the house I move into. If I find the house and you just close the deal, I will give you half. I really need you to have my back for this position. You should have a good memory, be able to follow procedures, instructions, and use my office tools like Wrike for tasks, and zoho sheet. It's not difficult to learn and I have instructions, but you should know google sheet or excel. I am very direct, but also kind hearted, and you will learn a lot from me both with me correcting your Ingles, software, how to be a better VA, and about the Truth. I don't play games, pretend, lie or am superficial, but I do expect hard work without tons of mistakes. You should be well versed with posting & researching on Facebook both marketplace and in groups, because I also need hiring ads posted for for a cleaning lady. Most calls (30-60 minutes) need to be made during the day US CST. You can do some work at night, but anything about a potential house needs to be done quickly because time if of the essence and the houses go very fast.
