Customer Service Representative Needed (Fluent in English) *NO COLD CALLING! We are expanding our virtual call center and are looking for sharp, experienced agents that are willing to learn the medical research industry and help patients get involved in clinical trials! Our mission is to help as many patients as possible and help bring new medical treatments to the market. This position will play a key role in building relationships with patients and learning about the medical research industry. First two weeks of training (paid): Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 3:00pm (Pacific time) After training is complete, works hours are: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 10:00am to 9:00pm (Pacific time) 10 hour shifts with a 1 hour lunch - 4 days on, 3 days off Would you be interested in hearing more about this position? __________________________________________________________________________ ***HOW TO APPLY: Send a 1 minute audio telling us something about yourself and describe your experience in relation to this role. We use social media on a global scale in biotech (with cutting edge medical research companies) trying to find unknown cures for popular and rare diseases. Clinical trials for 1 treatment cost $2B on average to complete, and take 7-9 years. The reason? Lack of Patient Awareness.... We are dramatically changing the economics of the patient education and outreach process so more lives can be improved. English and Spanish are a must but other languages are a plus. Work involves outbound and inbound calls for patient recruitment.
