Fast-growing medical research company seeks skilled call center / customer service personnel to join our rapidly expanding team! Do you want to help contribute to the science of medicine? Do you enjoy helping people over the phone? Javara Research partners with large healthcare organizations in local communities across the country to integrate clinical research into clinical care — and we are transforming healthcare and changing lives by connecting the right patients to the right trials at the right time. What we're looking for: Excellent customer service skills Ability to discuss sensitive topics with patients Call Center experience a plus Medical experience a plus Motivated, full-time workers, putting quality and integrity above all else (not required) Bilingual in English/Spanish Job Details: 40hrs/week (full-time) 8am - 5pm CST Permanent work-from-home Competitive pay and advancement opportunities Must have reliable computer, internet, and quiet environment
