About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Sales & Operations Assistant to support our client and broader team. This role is designed to reduce executive task load while bringing structure, systemization, and execution across sales, marketing coordination, HR, and operations. Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Support Draft, format, and manage client contracts and sales hand-off documentation Coordinate ActiveCampaign automations and contact segmentation Manage lead/contact tagging in Monday CRM and syncing to ActiveCampaign Assist with newsletter setup and scheduling (no content creation required) Build and maintain a cross-sell roadmap to identify upsell opportunities quarterly Plan and coordinate marketing materials for conferences Conduct post-project interviews with internal team members to create case studies Work with designers to produce and finalize marketing assets Identify relevant industry award programs Prepare award applications and supporting case studies Create client proposals using pre-built templates Operations & Administrative Tasks Run biweekly payroll and manage contributions to retirement plans Onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process Build out and maintain SOPs and team documentation Develop and maintain workflows in Monday.com Create Zapier automations to improve efficiency across platforms Ideal Skills & Tools ActiveCampaign (required) Sales Navigator Dripify Apollo.io Monday.com (workflow building) Zapier (automation setup and maintenance) Strong documentation and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
