About the Role We’re looking for an Operations Team Lead / Manager to oversee a team of approximately five professionals managing insurance renewals and daily operations. This role is both strategic and hands-on — you’ll guide the team, ensure accountability, track renewals, and maintain workflow efficiency. Proficiency in Applied Epic is required. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of ~5 operations professionals handling insurance renewals and workflows. Oversee the renewal pipeline to ensure timely actions and completion. Maintain and optimize operational processes across accounts. Review spreadsheets and deliverables for accuracy and timeliness. Use Applied Epic daily to manage accounts, renewals, and workflows. Collaborate closely with licensed agents in the U.S. to ensure compliance and seamless coordination. Serve as the main operational point of contact between management and the LATAM team. Communicate proactively and effectively with team members and leadership. Qualifications/Requirements Applied Epic experience (required – must be proficient). 1+ years of experience in insurance operations (U.S. Property & Casualty preferred). Proven experience leading or managing a small team. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); Spanish fluency preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and workflow management skills. Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets. Available to work U.S. Pacific Time (9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. PT). Preferred Qualities Self-motivated and detail-oriented. Process-driven with a focus on continuous improvement. Skilled at motivating and supporting team performance. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. Compensation Monthly fee commensurate with experience and skill level (based on a 160-hour full-time schedule).
