About the Role Trustfull is looking for candidates belonging to the Italian Protected Categories (Law 68/99) for a Junior Software Operations position. The role focuses on basic software assistance and accurate data management within our internal platforms. Key Responsibilities Provide basic support for internal software tools (access, simple troubleshooting, user guidance). Maintain and update operational data across internal systems. Monitor, verify, and correct data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Support routine software-related operational tasks as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements Enrollment in the Italian Protected Categories (Law 68/99). Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software. High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Clear communication skills. Preferred: Previous experience in software operations, software support, or data entry (not mandatory). Familiarity with cloud-based productivity tools.
