Zoho Payroll Specialist for Setup & Automation

Need an experienced Zoho Payroll specialist for configuration and automation work. Not a generalist Zoho CRM/Books person — must have implemented Zoho Payroll specifically.

Scope of work:

Audit an existing Zoho Payroll setup and identify what is misconfigured vs what genuinely needs custom work
Build automation using custom functions (Deluge), workflow rules and scheduled tasks
Design custom fields and modules to replace data currently held in Excel
Automate recurring salary components that are presently calculated by hand each cycle
Set up date-triggered alerts based on employee service milestones
Work with the one-time earnings and deductions bulk import path
Test against historical figures so the client can see the new logic matches their existing numbers before cutover
Document everything so an HR team can run it without you

Must know:

Which Zoho Payroll features are gated behind Premium vs Professional plans, and how that constrains a solution design
The limits of Salary Withhold and when New Joinee Arrears is the correct feature instead
How to handle a salary component that has no native support in Zoho Payroll

Strong plus:

GCC/UAE payroll experience — gratuity, annual leave salary, WPS
Experience across more than one Zoho Payroll regional edition
Zoho People or Zoho Flow alongside Payroll
