Complete Zoho CRM Setup

I’m ready to launch Zoho CRM for a small team of up to five users and need the system configured so we can hit the ground running on day one. The core focus is on three areas:

• Lead & Contact Management – Clean field structure, custom views, and an easy import process for our existing spreadsheets.
• Sales Automation – Workflow rules, assignment rules, and email templates that match our current sales stages, plus simple blueprints to guide reps from lead to closed deal.
• Reporting & Analytics – Custom dashboards and scheduled reports that give me real-time visibility into pipeline value, activity volume, and conversion rates.

Once the setup is complete, I should be able to:
1. Add a new lead from email or web and see it automatically routed to the right rep.
2. Track each deal through predefined stages with automated tasks and reminders.
3. Open a single dashboard and understand performance for the week, month, and quarter without extra filtering.

Please include user-role permissions, basic data security settings, and a short hand-over call or video walkthrough so my team can start using the system immediately. Access will be provided to our Zoho account as soon as we agree on the project timeline.
