TypeScript Developer – XML Excel Conversion Utility in Playwright and VS Code

Looking for an experienced TypeScript/Node.js developer to build a utility that converts XML files in 3 different XML formats into Excel (.xlsx) and converts Excel back into any of the 3 XML formats.

Key Requirements
Read all XML files from a specified folder in one format.
Create a consolidated XML structure including nested elements, attributes, values, and multiple levels.
Create one Excel workbook per XML format.
Use the XML filename as the Excel column name and populate the data in the xml tags
Preserve XML hierarchy, attributes, values, and repeating elements.
Use SheetJS XLSX only for all Excel operations. Do not use ExcelJS.
Provide a second program to convert Excel back to Format 1, Format 2, or Format 3 XML, based on user selection.
Use separate input/output folders for each format.
Include proper error handling and processing logs.
Provide a clear README.md with folder structure, setup instructions, usage, and examples.
Include sample files and basic tests demonstrating XML → Excel → XML round-trip conversion.
