WordPress/Divi Landing Page + Constant Contact + Meta Tracking
Project Overview
I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer/digital marketing integration specialist to implement a local paid-ad conversion funnel designed to generate in-store traffic for an established retail wellness business.
The existing website is built with WordPress and Divi Builder and is already operational. This is not for a new website build or redesign. The project is specifically to add a dedicated landing page and call-to-action confirmation page, along with Constant Contact integration, email automation, Meta tracking and testing.
The business will run a geographically targeted Facebook/Instagram advertising campaign introducing local consumers to its physical retail location.
Customer Journey
Facebook/Instagram Ad → Landing Page → Email Signup → Percentage-Off Welcome Coupon → Confirmation Page → Automated Coupon Email → In-Store Visit → Purchase
The coupon is the incentive. The primary goal is measurable in-store traffic and purchases.
1. Dedicated Landing Page
Create a campaign landing page within the existing WordPress/Divi website.
The page must be fully responsive and professionally designed for desktop/laptop, tablet and mobile.
We want a dynamic mobile design, not simply a scaled-down desktop page. Use Divi's responsive capabilities to optimize layouts, spacing, typography, images/video, forms, buttons and CTAs for each screen size.
The page will include:
• Hero section
• Store video and/or photography
• Product/store discovery sections
• Primary coupon CTA
• First Name + Email capture
• Percentage-off first-visit offer
• Offer terms/exclusions
• Directions/location CTA
Content, offer details, video/photos and existing branding will be provided.
The page should feel like local discovery, not simply a coupon page, creating the reaction:
"I didn't know this was here. I want to go check this place out."
It must be fast-loading, conversion-focused, visually polished and free of unnecessary navigation or competing CTAs.
2. Confirmation / Coupon Page
Create a separate, fully responsive confirmation page reached immediately after successful signup.
It should include:
• Welcome message
• Percentage-off coupon
• Promotional code
• Individual expiration information
• Offer terms/exclusions
• Store information/hours
• Directions CTA
The page should not appear in normal website navigation.
3. Constant Contact Integration
The website already has the official Constant Contact Forms for WordPress plugin installed and connected.
Configure the form to:
• Collect First Name + Email
• Add subscribers to a dedicated campaign list
• Keep campaign subscribers identifiable separately
• Apply campaign source/tag if supported
• Trigger the automated coupon email
• Redirect successful submissions to the confirmation page
Test the complete integration.
4. Automated Coupon Email
Immediately after signup, trigger a Constant Contact email containing:
• Welcome message
• Percentage-off coupon
• Promotional code
• Individual expiration date
• Store information
• Directions CTA
• Offer terms/exclusions
Final email copy and offer details will be provided.
5. IMPORTANT: Dynamic 15-Day Coupon Expiration
The coupon must expire 15 days from each individual customer's signup/request date.
Examples:
Signup September 1 → Expires September 16
Signup September 10 → Expires September 25
Required flow:
Form Submission → Constant Contact → Automated Coupon Email → Individual Expiration Date 15 Days From Signup
This cannot be one universal campaign expiration date.
The confirmation page should also display the appropriate expiration information where technically feasible.
In your proposal, explain exactly how you would technically implement this requirement.
If the existing Constant Contact/WordPress integration cannot dynamically calculate and display the date, identify the limitation and recommend the simplest reliable alternative before implementation.
6. Meta Pixel & Conversion Tracking
Review the existing Meta Pixel configuration and verify it is functioning correctly.
Configure campaign tracking for at minimum:
Landing Page View → Successful Form Submission / Lead
The Lead event must fire only after a successful signup, not simply when someone views the form.
Verify and test the applicable events through Meta Events Manager.
7. Campaign & In-Store Attribution
Configure appropriate tracking so Facebook/Instagram paid traffic and conversions can be distinguished from normal website traffic, including appropriate UTM campaign tracking.
Because the primary objective is physical store traffic, please recommend a practical method for attributing actual in-store coupon redemptions to this campaign.
The campaign will have a unique promotional code that may be used for attribution.
8. Search & Navigation
Configure both campaign pages so:
• Neither appears in normal website navigation
• Landing page is noindex
• Confirmation page is noindex
9. Responsive Design & Performance
Test and optimize the complete funnel for:
• Desktop/laptop
• Tablet
• Smartphones
• Responsive typography/spacing
• Forms and touchscreen buttons
• CTA visibility
• Video/image performance
• Page speed
• Confirmation page
• Directions CTA
Video/images should not significantly compromise mobile performance.
10. Final Testing / QA
Test the complete journey:
Campaign → Landing Page → Signup → Constant Contact List → Confirmation Page → Automated Email → In-Store CTA
Verify:
• Responsive layouts
• Form submission
• Correct Constant Contact list
• Automated email
• Individual 15-day expiration
• Confirmation redirect
• Meta Pixel
• Meta Lead event
• Meta Events Manager
• UTM/campaign attribution
• Noindex
• Page performance
• Directions CTA
What We Provide
• Final page/email copy
• Offer details
• Video/photos
• Existing branding
• WordPress access
• Constant Contact access
• Appropriate Meta access
Access will be provided securely to the selected freelancer. Do not request passwords in your initial proposal.
Required Experience
Please apply only if you have hands-on experience with:
• WordPress + Divi Builder
• Responsive Divi design
• Constant Contact integrations/automation
• Meta Pixel + Meta Events Manager
• Facebook/Instagram conversion tracking
• Landing-page funnels
We need someone who understands the technical integrations and tracking, not simply WordPress page design.
Please Answer in Your Proposal
1. Have you integrated Constant Contact with WordPress and created automated emails triggered by signup forms?
2. What is your experience with Divi and responsive desktop/tablet/mobile design?
3. Have you configured and tested Meta Pixel Lead events in Meta Events Manager?
4. How would you implement the individual 15-day coupon expiration from each customer's signup date?
5. How would you distinguish this campaign from normal website traffic?
6. How would you recommend tracking actual in-store coupon redemptions?
7. Approximately how many hours will the project require?
8. What is your fixed-price quote for the complete project?
9. How soon can you begin and how long will completion take?
Please include examples of similar projects.
Generic proposals that do not address the 15-day expiration, Constant Contact automation and Meta tracking requirements will not be considered.
