Skilled Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter Needed

Hi! I’m looking to hire a Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter for a service-based business.

Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating interest, qualifying leads, and booking appointments/estimates on our calendar.

I’m looking for someone who:

* Speaks clear, fluent English
* Is confident and comfortable making outbound calls
* Has experience with cold calling, lead generation, sales, or appointment setting
* Can follow a script while still sounding natural and conversational
* Is comfortable handling objections and following up with prospects
* Is organized and can accurately track calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments
* Is reliable and available during U.S. business hours
* Is results-driven — the goal is qualified appointments booked, not simply a high number of calls

Bonus: Experience calling homeowners or working with home-service businesses such as painting, roofing, HVAC, landscaping, remodeling, pressure washing, etc.
