IMPORTANT** For authenticity, make your profile on workofme.com and dm me with that.

I want to give workofme.com a fresh, conversion-minded landing page that instantly tells individual employees and job seekers what the product is, why it matters, and how it works. Right now the message feels scattered; after a quick scroll visitors should be able to picture themselves using Work of Me, recognise the problems it solves, and see real-world results they can expect.

I’ll rely on you to rethink both layout and copy so the narrative flows from the pain points of modern career management, through our core features, to the concrete benefits users will gain. Visual hierarchy, succinct headlines, supportive sub-copy, and clear imagery or subtle motion cues should work together to keep attention and build understanding.

Key deliverables
• Low-fidelity wireframe that shows the new story structure
• High-fidelity, responsive design in Figma
• Copy suggestions embedded in the mock-ups or provided in a separate doc
• A simple style guide or component sheet for hand-off to development
• All assets packaged and ready for implementation

Acceptance criteria
• First-time visitors grasp the product’s purpose within 5 seconds
• Each major feature, its mechanics, and its benefit are visible above or just below the fold
• Messaging addresses employees and job seekers directly—no generic B2B tone
• Design is mobile-first, WCAG-accessible, and easy to build in React (our front-end stack)

If this sounds like your kind of project, create your profile in workofme.com (it just takes 30s), share me your workofme link and let me know how you’d tackle the narrative flow and your estimated timeline for the design phases.
