Professional Logo Vector Reconstruction & Embroidery Digitization – RESA

Project Budget: $200–$300 USD (Fixed Price)

Project Category: Graphic Design / Adobe Illustrator / Vector Illustration / Embroidery Digitization

Project Overview

I am seeking an experienced graphic designer and vector illustration specialist to professionally reconstruct two existing, approved logos for my company, Rural Emergency Services Administration (RESA).

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a logo design contest or redesign project.

The logos have already been developed, reviewed, and approved. I will provide the original reference images. The objective is to reproduce these designs faithfully as clean, mathematically precise, production-quality vector artwork suitable for virtually any commercial application.

I want a permanent, professional branding package that can be used for years without distortion, pixelation, inconsistent colors, or repeated artwork preparation costs.

1. Logos to Be Reconstructed

Logo A – RESA Icon

* Solid RESA navy-blue rounded-square background.
* White stylized geometric R.
* White five-pointed star in its existing position.
* Exact preservation of the approved icon’s proportions, alignment, spacing, and visual appearance.
* Smooth, mathematically accurate curves and consistent stroke widths.

Logo B – RESA Full Logo

* The exact approved RESA icon.
* Large navy-blue RESA lettering.
* Full company name: RURAL EMERGENCY SERVICES ADMINISTRATION.
* Red horizontal accent lines.
* Gray tagline: SUPPORTING DISTRICTS. STRENGTHENING COMMUNITIES.
* Exact reproduction of the approved layout, letter spacing, proportions, and alignment.

The icon in the full logo must be identical to the standalone icon. No variations in geometry or proportions are acceptable.

I also need a circular thumbnail version using the same approved R and star without altering their geometry.

2. Vector Reconstruction Requirements

All artwork must be professionally constructed using Adobe Illustrator or comparable professional vector design software.

Requirements include:

* Manual reconstruction using clean Bézier curves and precise geometric shapes.
* Smooth, consistent corners and line widths.
* Accurate horizontal and vertical alignment.
* Properly balanced typography and spacing.
* Clean edges without pixel artifacts, irregularities, or unwanted distortions.
* No unnecessary anchor points or overlapping paths that could cause production problems.
* Scalable artwork that retains its quality from small business cards to large trade show backdrops.

Automatic image tracing is not acceptable as the final artwork.

The final files should consist of professionally constructed and refined vector paths, not raster images embedded inside SVG, EPS, or PDF containers.

3. Required File Formats

Please provide the following for the standalone icon, circular icon, and full logo where applicable.

Editable Master Artwork

* Adobe Illustrator (.AI), with organized and editable layers.
* Original editable vector paths.
* All text converted to outlined vector shapes in separate production copies.

Commercial Printing and Signage

* SVG – Scalable Vector Graphics.
* EPS – Encapsulated PostScript.
* PDF – True vector, print-ready PDF.
* CMYK production versions where appropriate.

Digital Applications

* PNG with transparent background.
* High-resolution PNG at multiple sizes.
* JPG with white background.
* Web-optimized SVG.

Embroidery

* DST – Commercial embroidery machine files.
* PES – Brother-compatible embroidery files, if available.
* Editable embroidery digitizing source files, if available.

All formats must be genuinely usable for their intended applications.

4. Embroidery Digitization Requirements

I need professionally digitized embroidery files, not simply converted image files.

Please prepare embroidery designs suitable for:

* Polo shirt left-chest embroidery.
* Jackets and outerwear.
* Baseball caps.
* Larger apparel applications.

Provide separate files for the standalone icon and an appropriate embroidered RESA logo.

Embroidery digitization should account for stitch density, underlay, pull compensation, stitch direction, thread changes, and minimum lettering size.

If the complete company name or tagline is too small to embroider clearly, please recommend an appropriate simplified embroidery configuration while preserving the approved primary logo.

Please include stitch-count estimates, recommended embroidery dimensions, thread-color specifications, and digital stitch previews.

A photograph of an actual test stitch-out is strongly preferred.

5. Brand Color Accuracy

Accurate and consistent color reproduction is extremely important.

Please identify and document the colors from the approved reference artwork, including:

* RESA Navy Blue.
* RESA Red.
* RESA Gray.
* White.

Provide the final approved color values in:

* HEX
* RGB
* CMYK
* Closest appropriate Pantone references, where possible

Colors should be consistent across all logo variations and commercial applications.

Do not independently change or reinterpret the approved colors without authorization.

6. Required Logo Variations

Please provide the following configurations:

1. Original full-color RESA icon.
2. Original full-color RESA logo with company name and tagline.
3. Circular icon for social media and profile thumbnails.
4. Single-color navy version.
5. Single-color white version.
6. Single-color black version.
7. Reversed versions appropriate for dark backgrounds.
8. Embroidery-optimized icon and logo versions.

The primary designs must remain faithful to the supplied references.

7. Intended Commercial Uses

These files will be used for:

* Large trade show backdrops, including 8-foot displays.
* Retractable banners and exhibition signage.
* Business cards and premium stationery.
* Marketing brochures and printed materials.
* Company website and digital advertising.
* Social media profile images.
* Email signatures.
* Embroidered polos, jackets, and caps.
* Vehicle graphics and decals.
* Promotional merchandise.
* Exterior and interior signage.

The final artwork must reproduce cleanly and consistently at varying sizes.

8. Quality Control and Approval

Before final delivery, I require:

* High-resolution proofs of both reconstructed logos.
* Confirmation that the icon and full logo use identical icon geometry.
* Visual comparison against my supplied reference images.
* An opportunity to request reasonable corrections.
* Verification that the files contain genuine vector paths.
* Confirmation that embroidery files are properly digitized for machine use.

No unauthorized modifications, substitutions, creative reinterpretations, or redesigns will be accepted.

The approved reference artwork is the authoritative visual standard.

9. Ownership and Source Files

Upon final payment, I require full ownership of the completed work and assignment of all transferable intellectual property rights in the freelancer’s contributions.

All editable source files and final production files must be delivered without restrictions on commercial use.

No stock logo elements, unlicensed graphics, or third-party artwork may be introduced.

10. Freelancer Qualifications

Please apply only if you have demonstrated experience with:

* Professional manual vector reconstruction.
* Adobe Illustrator.
* Commercial logo production.
* Large-format print preparation.
* Precise typography and geometric illustration.
* Embroidery digitization, either directly or through a qualified professional.

When submitting your proposal, please answer these questions:

1. Do you manually reconstruct vector artwork rather than relying on automatic image tracing?
2. Can you provide fully editable AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF master files?
3. Can you provide professionally digitized DST embroidery files?
4. Have you completed similar logo reconstruction projects? Please provide examples.
5. Does your quoted price include all required deliverables and reasonable revisions?
6. Can you provide a physical embroidery stitch-out photograph, or would this require an additional charge?

Budget and Expectations

Budget: $200–$300 USD, fixed price.

My preferred budget is approximately $250 for the complete package.

I am willing to consider a higher quote from an exceptionally qualified professional who can demonstrate outstanding vector reconstruction and embroidery digitization experience.

I value accuracy, attention to detail, reliable communication, and professional production standards over the lowest price.

The goal is simple: reproduce my existing RESA branding exactly, clean up the artwork professionally, and deliver a permanent master branding package that is ready for commercial production.
