Workfront Fusion Upload Troubleshooter

I run all of our asset intake through a Fusion scenario that feeds directly into Workfront Classic, but the upload path does not parse the data when uploaded. I need someone who already lives and breathes Workfront and knows exactly how Fusion should be configured to step in, regain control of the upload management flow, and chase down the root cause of those errors.

Here’s what I’m looking for you to do:

• Review the existing Fusion workflow that handles the uploads, map each module, and spot mis-configurations.
• Fix whatever is causing the current system errors so every file in a test batch lands in the right project without manual retries.
• Fine-tune the overall upload management process so it runs reliably and, if possible, a bit faster.
• Leave me with a concise hand-off note (or quick screen-share recording) showing the final set-up and any maintenance checkpoints.

Acceptance will be a clean end-to-end run of two sample uploads with no workflow breaks and accurate record creation in Workfront Classic.
