We’re looking for an experienced freelancer or small team to improve our website and help turn online visitors into qualified inquiries, booked visits, and paying clients.

We want a partner who can identify priorities, explain their recommendations, and implement improvements. Experience with fitness, wellness, clinics, or other appointment-based local businesses is particularly relevant.
Initial project
Please quote for the following:
1. Assessment and priorities
Review our website, mobile experience, navigation, local search presence, and inquiry/booking journey. Provide a concise action plan identifying the most valuable improvements and any important gaps we have missed.
2. Improve one customer journey
Help us select one priority service or offer, then improve one existing Elementor page or create one landing page. Include layout, copy refinements, mobile design, and a clear inquiry or booking action, with two rounds of consolidated revisions.
3. Essential SEO implementation
Implement relevant on-page SEO for that page: headings, metadata, internal links, and appropriate structured data. Identify wider technical issues and specify which fixes your quote includes.
4. Conversion tracking and reporting
Review existing analytics and configure agreed tracking for the selected journey. Include social campaign attribution where appropriate. Explain what can be measured through our Jane booking handoff, distinguishing booking-link clicks from completed bookings.
5. Verification and handover
Test the implemented changes, demonstrate the tracking, and provide a walkthrough of completed work. Recommend a separately priced plan for the next 60–90 days.
We will confirm the exact page, deliverables, access requirements, and acceptance criteria before starting.

Budget and working arrangement
Our target budget for the initial project is CAD $2,000, with proposals of CAD $1,500–$3,000 considered where scope and value are clearly explained. Please state your quote currency.
Following a successful initial engagement, we anticipate considering CAD $1,000–$2,000 per month for a defined ongoing scope. Ongoing work is not guaranteed.
Please propose manageable Upwork milestones tied to reviewable deliverables. Identify exclusions, recurring software costs, and assumptions that could affect pricing. Additional work must be agreed before it begins.
We will retain ownership and administrator access to our website, accounts, analytics, and completed work.
