WordPress Print Shop Feature Upgrades

I run a WordPress / WooCommerce store for my printing company and I’m looking to roll out a set of practical, production–level enhancements that will make ordering faster for customers and easier for our team to fulfil.

— Label-sticker pieces-per-sheet calculator
On every sticker product page I want visitors to enter any custom dimensions and instantly see how many pieces fit on an A3 sheet. The calculator must handle different sticker shapes (square, rectangle, circle, oval). If we later decide to add extra sheet orientations or margin settings I’d like the code structured so they can be toggled on.

— QR-driven order status updates
Each new order should generate a unique QR code that travels with the job through production and delivery. When the code is scanned on a phone or handheld reader the WooCommerce status must change automatically (no manual clicks) and trigger the usual customer emails. A simple log of every scan with time-stamp is essential for audit purposes.

— Banner size converter
A lightweight size-conversion widget that lets users switch between mm, cm, metres, inches and feet. It will sit beside our large-format products and pre-fill length / width fields once a unit is chosen.

— Wallet & repeat-order system
The wallet is the heart of this upgrade, with “Repeat orders” the single most critical feature. Customers should be able to:
• Top-up their wallet balance (3 % bonus at $1 k, 5 % at $5 k, 10 % at %10 k)
• View complete job history and re-order any past job in one click
• See a simple monthly graph of spend vs. orders

Wallet funds must apply automatically at checkout and reflect bonuses in real time.

Acceptance is complete when all tools are live on a staging clone, pass a quick stress-test with 50 dummy orders, and are then migrated to production without breaking existing plugins or theme customisations.
