# Custom Clothing & Embroidery E-Commerce Website Developer Needed

**Budget: ₹1,50,000 INR**

I am looking for an experienced **full-stack web developer or small development team** to build a premium e-commerce website for my clothing/embroidery brand.

This is **not a basic clothing store or simple Shopify website**.

The main feature is an **interactive clothing customization system** where customers can upload their own logo, photo, artwork or text and visually choose exactly where they want the embroidery on the shirt before placing the order.

## Main Features Required

### 1. Customer Login

* Mobile number + OTP login
* Customer profile
* Saved addresses
* Order history
* Wishlist
* Saved customized designs
* Reorder previous products

### 2. Clothing Store

Products will include:

* T-Shirts
* Oversized T-Shirts
* Shirts
* Polo Shirts
* Hoodies
* Sweatshirts
* Jackets
* Future clothing categories

Product pages should include:

* Multiple images
* Product videos
* Size and color selection
* Fabric details
* Size chart
* Price
* Stock availability

* Customize Product

Customers must also be able to purchase a product **without customization**.

## 3. MOST IMPORTANT — CUSTOMIZATION STUDIO

When a customer clicks **"Customize This Product"**, an interactive customization editor should open.

Customer should be able to:

* Upload PNG/JPG/JPEG/SVG/PDF designs where technically suitable
* Upload logos
* Upload artwork
* Upload photos
* Add custom text
* Select embroidery location
* Move the design
* Resize the design
* Rotate the design
* Delete/reset the design
* Select embroidery/thread color
* Add multiple embroidery locations

### Embroidery locations should include:

* Left chest
* Right chest
* Center chest
* Back
* Sleeve
* Collar
* Pocket area
* Other supported areas

The customer should see a **visual preview of the shirt with their customization** before ordering.

## 4. LIVE CUSTOMIZATION PRICE

The system should automatically calculate customization charges.

Example:

Shirt = ₹999

Chest embroidery = ₹199

Sleeve embroidery = ₹149

Total = ₹1,347

Admin should be able to change customization pricing from the admin panel.

## 5. CUSTOMER APPROVAL

Before payment, show:

* Product preview
* Uploaded design
* Embroidery location
* Size
* Color
* Customization charges
* Product price
* Final total

Customer should confirm that they have reviewed the customization before placing the order.

## 6. CART & CHECKOUT

Cart should show:

* Product
* Size
* Color
* Customization preview
* Customization details
* Product price
* Customization fee
* Discount
* Shipping
* Final amount

Checkout should support:

* UPI
* Credit card
* Debit card
* Net banking
* Wallets
* COD if enabled

Use a reliable Indian payment gateway such as Razorpay/Cashfree or another suitable solution.

## 7. ORDER MANAGEMENT

Customer should be able to track:

Order Placed → Payment Confirmed → Design Review → Production → Embroidery Completed → Quality Check → Packed → Shipped → Delivered

## 8. ADMIN PANEL

Admin should be able to:

* Add/edit/delete products
* Manage categories
* Manage product images
* Manage sizes/colors
* Manage inventory
* Set product prices
* Set embroidery/customization prices
* Manage supported embroidery locations
* Manage thread colors
* View customer uploaded designs
* Approve/reject designs
* Manage orders
* Update production status
* Manage customers
* Manage coupons
* Manage reviews
* Manage banners
* View basic sales reports

## 9. PRODUCTION ORDER SHEET

For every customized order, generate a production sheet containing:

* Order ID
* Product
* Size
* Color
* Customer design
* Embroidery location
* Design dimensions
* Thread color
* Customization instructions
* Customer-approved preview

This will be used by my embroidery/production team.

## 10. MOBILE-FIRST DESIGN

The website must work extremely well on mobile phones.

Customers should be able to upload designs from their phone and use touch gestures to:

* Resize
* Rotate
* Zoom

The website should have a premium fashion/Gen-Z appearance.

I want an original design inspired by the convenience of platforms like Myntra and Flipkart, **not a direct copy of their UI**.

## 11. FUTURE SCALABILITY

The website should be developed so that I can later add:

* Physical-store self-order customization kiosk
* 360° product viewing
* AI design assistance
* Multiple production locations
* Advanced shipping integration

These future features do not all need to be included in the ₹1.5 lakh MVP, but the architecture should allow future expansion.

The goal is to launch a professional MVP first and then expand it into a larger custom clothing platform.
