WordPress MVP: Diabetes Decoder + Paid Consultation Booking (Razorpay, WhatsApp, Google Meet)

I am building a personal-brand website for a doctor/entrepreneur, with a web-based Diabetes Decoder as the first digital product.

I need a developer to build the complete MVP, not just a static WordPress website.

1. WEBSITE

* Mobile-first WordPress website, in English.
* Modern, spacious, personal design — not a traditional clinic/hospital website.
* Pages:

* Visual mockups will be shared with shortlisted candidates. They are a design direction, not a pixel-perfect requirement.
* Structure should allow additional products/services later.
* No user login/accounts required for V1.
* Basic SEO/performance setup, GA4 and Meta Pixel installation, including conversion events for Decoder completion and consultation booking.

2. DIABETES DECODER

A working Decoder prototype already exists. A preview link will be provided to bidders so they can understand the product and workflow. Detailed clinical logic and test cases will be provided only to the selected developer.

* Integrate the existing Decoder technically.
* Flow: Name + WhatsApp number → clinical inputs → language selection → “See My Result” → WhatsApp OTP → verification → interpretation.

Fields:

* Name
* WhatsApp/mobile number — mandatory
* Age
* Sex
* Known diabetes: Yes/No
* Diabetes medication: Yes/No
* Test: FBS / 2-hour PPBS / HbA1c

* Interpretation available in English or Hindi.
* Save submitted data and generated results, accessible through WordPress/admin.
* Clinical logic/content must be structured so it can be maintained and updated without rebuilding the website.

I will provide the clinical logic, content and test cases. The developer is not expected to create any medical reasoning.

Verification

* When the user taps “See My Result,” an OTP is sent to their WhatsApp number.
* Interpretation is displayed only after successful verification.
* OTP should have a reasonable expiry period and resend mechanism.
* If verification is not completed, the submission is still retained in admin and marked “unverified.”
* Admin should be able to view submissions and results, filter verified/unverified, and export data.

Consent

* Required consent before processing personal/health data.
* Optional, unticked marketing/communication opt-in.
* Consent status and timestamp stored with the submission.
* Appropriate medical disclaimer displayed with every result.

3. CONSULTATION BOOKING

After the Decoder result, users should be able to book a paid diabetes consultation.

Flow:
Result → select available slot → enter email → teleconsultation consent → Razorpay payment → booking confirmation → Google Meet

* Slots and consultation fee managed through WordPress/admin.
* Email mandatory for confirmed bookings.
* Slot should be protected during payment and released if payment fails or times out.
* Booking confirmed only after successful Razorpay payment verification.
* A unique Google Meet link should be automatically generated for each confirmed booking using Google Calendar/Meet integration.
* Admin can cancel/reschedule bookings.
* Refunds can be processed through the Razorpay dashboard.
* Admin can add consultation notes against each booking.
* Admin should be able to view the relevant Decoder submission, booking details and consultation notes together.

4. NOTIFICATIONS

Patient:

* WhatsApp booking confirmation
* WhatsApp appointment reminders
* Email booking confirmation

Doctor:

* Email notification for each booking
* SMS not required for V1.
* WhatsApp Business/API integration is required.
* Developer should recommend the WhatsApp provider and handle the technical integration and template setup.
* The WhatsApp provider account will be owned and paid for by me.
* Third-party/API/plugin usage charges are separate from the development fee.

5. DATA & PRIVACY

* Personal and health data must be stored securely.
* Admin access restricted to authorised users.
* Support data export and deletion requests.
* Consent records must be retained.
* All major service accounts/subscriptions should be created in my name, including hosting, Razorpay, WhatsApp provider, Google and premium plugins.

6. DEVELOPMENT & DELIVERY

Developer will handle:

* Website/UI
* Decoder integration
* Backend/data storage
* OTP verification
* Booking and slot management
* Razorpay
* WhatsApp/email notifications
* Google Meet integration
* Analytics installation
* Testing
* Deployment

I will provide:

* Visual mockups
* Decoder prototype
* Clinical logic
* Content
* Test cases
* Logo/assets

The developer may improve the technical implementation and UI/UX, but any change to the clinical logic requires my approval.

Handover:

* Full code and admin ownership transferred to me.
* Brief admin documentation covering slots, clinical-content updates and data export.
* 30-day post-launch bug-fix period.
* Milestone-based payment against agreed deliverables and test-case acceptance.

7. QUOTE

Please provide:

* Fixed development price for the complete MVP
* Delivery timeline and milestones
* What is included in the development fee
* Expected third-party/API/plugin costs, including monthly and usage-based costs
* Anything in this scope you cannot implement
