Experience building high-end WordPress websites, preferably in private aviation, luxury travel, or other premium industries.
Strong ability to create a luxury, modern, editorial design rather than relying on a generic charter or corporate template.
Must be comfortable working with Elementor Pro and creating sections that are easy for us to edit without developer assistance.
Website must be fully optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile, with particular attention to responsive layouts and performance.
Ability to build a professional private flight request/search interface with departure, destination, dates, passenger count, and one-way/round-trip functionality.
Experience with API integrations is important. We plan to explore FL3XX integration for regular charter searches and empty-leg availability.
The developer should understand that Flagler Jet is an air charter broker, not the aircraft operator, and the website language and structure must reflect that distinction.
Aircraft fleet pages should be dynamic and easy to manage, allowing us to add/remove aircraft, change specifications, upload images, and organize aircraft by category or manufacturer.
We want a dedicated Empty Legs section capable of supporting API-fed inventory in the future.
The system should allow Flagler Jet to receive operator pricing privately, apply a brokerage margin or service fee, and then present the final quote to the client.
The site architecture should be flexible enough to support additional aviation APIs, operator feeds, or marketplace integrations later without rebuilding the entire website.
Strong attention to page speed, SEO fundamentals, security, clean code, and WordPress backend usability is required.
Designer should be comfortable recreating the level of polish seen on premium aviation sites such as Global Jet, while maintaining an original Flagler Jet identity.
We prefer someone who can handle both design and development, not just create visual mockups.
Communication and reliability are important; we need someone who can work through the site section by section and make revisions quickly.
