WordPress Designer Needed for Website Refresh, Layout Revamp & Monetization

Looking for an experienced WordPress designer/developer to update an existing website, hosted on SiteGround.

This is NOT a complete website redesign. We want to keep our existing photo galleries and content while improving the site's branding, layout and monetization.

The project will include:

Install a new sitewide header, logo and navigation
Install a new sitewide footer with affiliate disclosures and appropriate disclaimers
Update the Home Page layout and eliminate unnecessary/wasted space
Add selected affiliate and promotional blocks to existing pages
Improve the presentation and size of existing gallery areas where appropriate
Make all new elements fully responsive for desktop, tablet and mobile
Preserve our existing pages, galleries, content and URLs
Make promotional areas easy for us to update in WordPress

We already have the design direction, page structure, affiliate programs and monetization strategy determined. The selected Freelancer will receive a complete page-by-page implementation blueprint, copy, links and available creative assets.

We are looking for someone who can follow a detailed blueprint accurately, rather than someone who wants to completely redesign the website. Although this is a relatively simple inexpensive project, our intent is to possibly find a Freelancer who will assist on a small monthly retainer basis on our larger website projects.
