AD and Entra ID Account Setup

I need an identity specialist to take over daily user and group management across our on-prem Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID tenants. The immediate priority is the clean creation of new user accounts—making sure every attribute, license, and group membership syncs properly between the two directories while following our existing naming conventions and security standards.

You will work inside a hybrid environment (Windows Server AD + Entra ID Connect) and should already be comfortable with PowerShell, the Microsoft Graph, and Entra ID portal workflows. Experience running bulk imports, handling attribute mappings, and troubleshooting sync errors will be essential because I want this process to be reliable and repeatable, not a one-off.

Deliverables I expect:
• A documented, tested process (scripts or runbooks) for creating new user accounts in AD and Entra ID
• Confirmation that each new account appears in the correct Entra ID groups and inherits the right baseline policies
• A short hand-off guide so my internal IT staff can repeat the workflow without you

Acceptance criteria: every new account must be visible in both directories within 30 minutes of creation, carry the correct UPN, inherit our default conditional-access policy, and log in successfully to Microsoft 365 services.
