WooCommerce Order Tracking & Support Plugin

We run a small WooCommerce store and need a production-ready WordPress plugin that lets customers check an order securely and submit a support request without leaving the website. The plugin must install from a standard ZIP file, work with our existing theme, and provide simple settings for store staff.
• Customer portal: a responsive shortcode and WooCommerce My Account tab with English and Spanish text.
• Secure order lookup by order number plus billing email; never display an order unless both values match.
• Order timeline for Paid, Processing, Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, Delivered, and Cancelled statuses.
• Support form with issue category, order number, message, and optional screenshot; notify the support team by email.
• Admin settings for page placement, support recipient, status labels, accent color, and enabled languages.
• Deliverables: installable plugin ZIP, source code, configuration guide, deployment, and a short test checklist.
Acceptance criteria: the plugin installs without warnings; all customer flows work in both languages; invalid input receives a clear response; order access is verified; forms use nonce, capability, and upload checks; no customer data appears in debug logs; and a six-case test checklist passes on the staging site.
