Our strategic workforce sourcing company has been serving the US market for three years, bootstrapped from day one. Revenues are healthy, the model is proven, and we’re now preparing to scale—yet doing so demands fresh working capital. To secure that funding, I need a comprehensive, professional business plan that speaks directly to investors.

Scope of work
You will transform our existing operational data, market insights and growth roadmap into a clear, compelling document that convinces equity or venture partners to come on board. The focus is strictly on attracting investors, not on bank-loan formatting or internal strategy guides.

Key deliverables
• Investor-focused executive summary that makes our value proposition obvious in the first page
• Detailed industry and competitor analysis tailored to the US staffing/strategic workforce sector
• Three- to five-year financial model (Excel) with revenue drivers, cost assumptions and cash-flow forecasts that withstand due-diligence scrutiny
• Funding-use breakdown showing exactly how the requested capital accelerates scale-up milestones
• Risk assessment with mitigation strategies
• Optional but appreciated: a concise slide deck mirroring the plan’s highlights

Acceptance criteria
The financials must balance, assumptions must be traceable, and the narrative must flow logically from problem to solution to return on investment. I’ll consider the job complete when an investor could read the plan and clearly see traction, scalability and a realistic exit.

I can provide historical P&L, client data, and growth metrics upon kickoff. Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and current US staffing market trends is essential.
