I have a Lint 1325 CNC that is still sitting bare—motors, spindle, limit switches, and e-stop are all waiting for their first pulse. My goal is to bring it to life with a Centroid Acorn Six controller, and I need an expert hand to get every wire landed in the right place.

What I need first and foremost is the full hookup and verification of the Acorn controller: power, I/O, drives, spindle relay, everything. Nothing on the machine is wired yet, and I do not even know whether the installed motors are steppers or servos, so you will need to help identify them before finalizing pin assignments and current settings.

Once the hardware is connected, I’ll rely on you to power up safely, confirm signal integrity, and jog each axis without faults. If any adjustments to parameters, firmware, or Centroid software are required to achieve smooth motion, those are part of the brief.
