Project Overview

I'm a business owner looking for an experienced xAI Grok developer to work directly with me in building a personal and business AI organization.

I want to begin by creating and configuring bots within Grok, then eventually develop a private dashboard accessible from my computer and phone.

I'm looking for a collaborative developer who enjoys teaching and building alongside clients through live screen-sharing sessions, preferably using Microsoft Teams where permitted by the hiring platform.

Phase 1: Personal AI Assistant

Create a personal assistant that can help manage everyday activities, information, scheduling, reminders, research, and tasks.

Phase 2: AI Chief Operating Officer

Develop an AI COO that can coordinate business activities, assign work to specialized bots, monitor progress, review reports, and escalate issues.

Phase 3: Specialized AI Agents

Build agents responsible for:

Financial analysis using Excel, PDFs, and invoices

Operational reporting and KPI monitoring

Quality assurance and compliance reviews

Employee productivity and performance reporting

Business process automation

The goal is to enable communication and task delegation between agents, with centralized reporting through the AI COO.

Phase 4: Private Dashboard

Eventually develop a secure web-based dashboard that allows me to interact with the AI organization from my phone and computer.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Grok Bot and xAI APIs

Experience designing multi-agent AI systems

Python, API integrations, and workflow automation

Excel, PDF, and Microsoft 365 integrations

Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-developer

Availability for recurring live working sessions

Experience designing secure systems with appropriate access controls
