Windows Inventory Barcode Scanning Software

I need a straightforward but reliable inventory program that installs on Windows workstations and keeps my stock levels accurate the moment anything moves. Real-time quantity updates and fast barcode capture are non-negotiable, because the warehouse team relies on handheld scanners for every transaction.

The new system must also “talk” to our existing ERP through an API, database link, or another proven method so item masters, purchase receipts, and sales shipments stay perfectly in sync without double entry. If you have done ERP bridges before, please highlight that experience.

What I expect from you:
• A Windows-based application (or well-packaged web app that runs smoothly on Windows) with live inventory tracking and built-in barcode scanning workflow.
• Guidance on selecting and configuring compatible scanners—USB or wireless.
