I have a fantasy-themed puzzle image titled "The Tenfold Atlas" that needs solving. It contains 20 letters scattered across 5 terrain regions (Ice, Fire, Land, Forest, Water), each region holding exactly 4 letters. The goal is to select 2 letters from each region, in the sequence Ice → Fire → Land → Forest → Water, to reveal a hidden 10-letter message/word.

**What I've already figured out:**
- All 20 letters and their region groupings are identified
- 2 of the 5 stone tablets in the image contain real, translated text (Latin: *"He who is not born does not reign"* and Russian: *"One points, the other conceals"*)
- The other 3 tablets (styled as Arabic, Japanese, and an unknown script) appear to be decorative/non-linguistic — I've tested reversing/rotating them with no clear result
- A working theory: each region's icon symbolism (what "reveals" vs "conceals") determines the correct 2 letters

**What I need:**
- Fresh eyes to verify or challenge my letter/region groupings
- Someone skilled in visual puzzles, ARGs, or cipher logic to help pin down the Fire, Land, and Forest picks (Ice and Water are fairly solid)
- Final proposed 10-letter sequence with reasoning, and ideally what word/phrase it spells
