Our users have now moved to Windows 11 and I need an experienced hand to keep them productive. Day-to-day you will troubleshoot any workstation issue—slow logons, driver conflicts, blue screens—and close it out with clear, concise documentation.

Alongside the endpoint work, I rely on an on-premises Microsoft Exchange environment. You will diagnose mail-flow problems, adjust mailbox quotas, manage backups, and apply cumulative updates without disrupting service.

Because our deskside tickets often bleed into hardware faults and occasional wiring or switch-port hiccups, you must also be comfortable swapping parts, tracing cables, and restoring connectivity when a PC, printer, or access point drops off the network.

Deliverables (all ticket-driven):
• Resolved Windows 11 incidents with root-cause notes
• Fully functional Exchange mailboxes and transport queues
• Restored hardware or network functionality where required
• Brief hand-over report summarising fixes and any follow-up actions

Acceptance criteria: every issue assigned is closed with user sign-off, and no re-opening within seven days of resolution.

If this matches your expertise, I will add you to our ticket system and start assigning the first batch right away.
