Wi-Fi Audio Recorder Prototype Development

Looking for an experienced **ESP32/Embedded Systems developer** to build a compact Wi-Fi audio recorder prototype.

The device should:

- Use ESP32-S3 with a good-quality MEMS/I2S microphone
- Start/stop recording using a physical button
- Temporarily store recordings locally
- Automatically upload recordings to our backend via Wi-Fi/HTTPS
- Verify successful upload before deleting the local recording
- Keep recordings and automatically retry if internet/upload fails
- Support approximately 1–2 hour meetings
- Use LED indicators for recording, uploading, success and errors
- Produce clear audio suitable for AI transcription and speaker diarization

Looking for someone experienced with **ESP32-S3, C/C++/ESP-IDF, I2S audio, MEMS microphones, Wi-Fi, REST APIs, SD/flash storage and IoT devices**.
