I need an automated WhatsApp chat bot that can handle customer support queries from start to finish. The bot should:
• Connect to my WhatsApp Business number through an approved API provider (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, or a similar gateway).
• Greet users, capture their name / order number, and answer common FAQs drawn from a simple knowledge base I will supply.
• Escalate to a live agent only when the bot cannot resolve the question, handing over the full chat history.
• Log every interaction to a Google Sheet or lightweight database so I can review conversation quality and response times.
I will provide the FAQ content and any brand tone guidelines. You will configure the flow, implement quick-reply buttons where possible, test end-to-end, and deliver clear setup instructions so I can maintain or expand the bot later.
