My week moves quickly, so I rely on a well-kept calendar and an uncluttered inbox. Each Friday I’ll forward any new meetings or changes, and you’ll jump in to:
• enter or update every appointment
• double-check for overlapping times or missing details
• send me a concise email summary highlighting confirmed slots and any conflicts
Clear, timely email communication is essential—I prefer all status updates and questions to come through that channel.
As our workflow settles, I’ll add light email organization to your plate: flagging priority messages, filing the rest into the existing folder structure, and keeping unread counts low. I’ll provide templates, step-by-step videos, and shared documents so you always know exactly what “done” looks like.
Tools you’ll touch: my online calendar, Gmail, and Google Drive. No advanced tech skills are needed; accuracy, discretion, and reliability matter most.
This is an ongoing hourly role. If your idea of a satisfying Friday is wrapping up the week with a spotless calendar and a tidy inbox, let’s get started.
