n8n Customer Onboarding Workflow

I run a small business and want a fully-automated customer onboarding sequence built in n8n. The scope is narrow but important: as soon as a new customer record is added to my system, the workflow must trigger a personalised welcome email series that pulls our company details into each message.

Key points you should know
• Platform: n8n self-hosted instance (already running and accessible).
• Trigger: new customer entry (JSON payload via webhook or polling my existing database—whichever you recommend).
• Actions: generate and send a multi-step email sequence through my email service (I’m currently on MailerSend but can switch if another provider integrates more cleanly).
• Personalisation: insert our company name, address and support links dynamically; no other merge fields are required right now.

Deliverables
1. An exportable n8n workflow file (.json) that I can import directly.
2. Clear, concise setup notes so I can adjust API keys and email copy myself later.
3. A 30-minute hand-off call or video walkthrough to confirm everything fires end-to-end.

Acceptance criteria
• New test customer triggers every email in the series with correct company details populated.
• No hard-coded credentials in the workflow.
• Average execution time per step stays under 2 seconds on my current server specs.
