I need a reliable partner who can act as a mini-hub for my operation. Each week a truckload of non-perishable goods—typically well over fifty cartons—arrives from suppliers. Your job is to sign for the delivery, check that the outer packaging is intact, store the pallets or loose boxes for a few days, and then forward the consolidated load to my primary fulfillment center.

Because the volume is large, I’m looking for someone with sufficient floor space, basic material-handling equipment (pallet jack or forklift), and the ability to print and apply new shipping labels when I send them. The goods are not fragile or time-sensitive, but accuracy and punctual weekly dispatch are crucial.

Key deliverables:
• Confirm receipt within 12 hours, with photos of any visible damage
• Maintain a simple inventory log while the goods are on site
• Re-label and consolidate cartons as instructed
• Arrange weekly outbound freight and provide tracking numbers immediately after pickup

I’ll cover all courier costs; you simply schedule the pickup and make sure the driver leaves with the right pallets. Regular communication by email or WhatsApp is essential, and I’m happy to streamline the workflow with Google Sheets or your preferred inventory tool.
