Commission Sales Closer Needed – Sell Websites to Local Businesses (No Cost to You, 100% of Your First Sale)

## Project Description

I'm looking for a reliable, English-speaking sales freelancer to close deals with local businesses that don't have a website yet.

**How it works:**
- I provide you with qualified leads — real businesses with no website, including their name and phone number.
- You call them, present the offer, and close the sale.
- I handle everything on the delivery side (building and launching the site).

**Payment structure:**
- **Your first sale: you keep 100% of the payment.** Nothing goes to me.
- **From the second sale onward: 60/40 split** (60% to me, 40% to you), since I'm the one sourcing leads, building the product, and managing delivery.
- This is commission-based, with no cap — the more you close, the more you earn.

**Why this isn't "free work":**
Making a phone call costs you nothing but your time — no software, no ad spend, no upfront investment required. You can do this from anywhere, including using free or low-cost calling apps. Your only "cost" is the time it takes to make the call. If the call doesn't convert, you've lost a few minutes — not money. If it does convert, you're paid in full for that first deal before any split even applies.

**Who I'm looking for:**
- Based in or able to call numbers in the US, UK, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, or Canada
- Comfortable with outbound/cold calling
- Prior telesales, appointment-setting, or B2B sales experience is a plus, but not required if you're a confident communicator
