Overview:
We are looking for a freelancer to use HelloTalk to find people who match our target audience and promote sign-ups for my app. You can use my account for outreach.
Compensation:
• 1st eligible sign-up: $7 • 2nd eligible sign-up: $8
The rewards for the first and second eligible sign-ups are lower because you can continue from existing conversations and approach multiple users, rather than starting from scratch. Thank you for your understanding.
• 3rd–4th eligible sign-ups: $15 each • 5th–8th eligible sign-ups: $20 each • Complete 8 eligible sign-ups within one month of the project start date: +$20 completion bonus
Maximum total payment for this project: $145
Eligible for Sign-up Commission:
You will receive payment only if the participant who signs up meets ALL of the following conditions:
• American woman, age 25–35
• Currently has a boyfriend/girlfriend
• Scores 7 or higher on the interview question.
(If a range is given (e.g. 6–7), use the average.
Example: 6–7 = 6.5 → Not eligible for payment.)
・Android users are not eligible for compensation because my app is not available on that.

How Sign-ups Are Verified:
You will be paid as soon as I verify the sign-up in my database.
Each sign-up is verified by checking:
• The participant's HelloTalk username
• Their required profile photo
• The sign-up date and time
• If necessary, I will also confirm the sign-up directly with the participant.
Account Policy:
If the account is suspended, restricted, or becomes unusable for any reason, the project ends immediately.
Workflow:
1. Search for the target audience: American women aged 25–35
2. Send the initial messages (introduce yourself)
3. Have a short, natural conversation.
4. Conduct the interview and confirm whether they are eligible for sign-up.
5. Offer the sign-up.

2. Send the initial message:

3. If she replies:
Respond naturally with a light, casual conversation.
4. Conduct the interview:
Send:
[HER NAME], I’ve been working on a personal project. If you currently have a boyfriend or girlfriend, would it be okay if I asked you a few questions? I want to learn more about what American couples are like!
If she currently has a boyfriend or girlfriend, ask:
How often do you see your partner in person each month?

After responding naturally to her answer, send:
Imagine an app like leaving little sticky notes for someone you care about without expecting a reply. Low effort, but still meaningful. On a scale from 1 (not at all) to 10 (really want to try it), how much would you want to try it with him? And why?

5. Offer the sign-up.
Normally, wait 24 hours before sending the sign-up offer. Offering it immediately after the interview may feel too pushy and increase the chance that the participant loses interest.
However, if the conversation goes particularly well and you genuinely believe she is interested, you may offer it immediately.
