Our current site and lifecycle emails explain what we do, but the voice feels uneven and the benefits could be sharper. I’d like every headline, paragraph, subject line, and call-to-action to sound unmistakably like us, guide visitors smoothly toward the next step, and leave no question unanswered.
You will comb through the existing website (homepage, product pages, About/Contact, and any other sections that jump out to you) as well as our main email sequences. Highlight wording that is confusing, repetitive, off-brand, or simply not persuasive enough, then propose clear alternatives that keep claims honest while emphasizing real customer value. When a full rewrite serves the reader better than a light edit, feel free to recommend it.
Please work in a shared document so I can see:
• Inline edits or tracked changes for every tweak, organized by page or email.
• Short margin notes explaining any major shift in positioning, tone, or structure.
• A concise summary (one page max) that calls out the biggest wins and any overarching messaging gaps you’ve closed.
I’ll sign off once the copy:
• Reads naturally and consistently in our brand voice.
• Flows logically with no distracting repetition or jargon.
• Clearly communicates product benefits and nudges the reader toward a defined action.
If you have experience tightening marketing copy without hype and can articulate the reasoning behind each change, I’d love to review your approach.
