## Project Overview

I am looking for an **IAAP-certified web accessibility professional** to audit and remediate my existing website against WCAG 2.1 AA and applicable SEBI accessibility requirements.

The website is built using React, Tailwind CSS and Framer Motion. This project involves targeted accessibility fixes, not a redesign.

## Scope of Work

1. **Initial audit:** Assess the six pages against WCAG 2.1 AA and applicable SEBI accessibility expectations using automated tools, keyboard navigation and screen-reader testing.

2. **Remediation:** Fix identified accessibility issues directly in the existing codebase, including relevant issues with contrast, keyboard navigation, semantic HTML, headings, images, forms, links and interactive elements.

3. **Final verification:** Re-test the corrected pages and provide evidence of resolved and outstanding issues.

4. **Documentation:** Provide the initial findings report, final audit report and an accessibility assessment/conformance statement documenting the pages assessed, standards applied, testing performed and any limitations.

## Mandatory Qualifications

- Current, verifiable IAAP certification held by the individual who will personally perform the audit.
- Practical experience in WCAG accessibility auditing and React-based website remediation.
- Ability to perform manual keyboard and screen-reader testing.
- Familiarity with applicable Indian accessibility requirements and SEBI expectations.

## Deliverables and Conditions

- Initial accessibility findings report.
- Actual code-level remediation of identified issues.
- Final verification report after remediation.
- Accessibility documentation suitable for maintaining SEBI compliance records.
- List of remaining issues, if any, and modified source files.

The total fixed price must include the initial audit, remediation, final verification and the documentation specified above. No additional remediation or re-audit fees will be accepted without prior agreement.
