Project Description
I'm looking for a WebRTC / video infrastructure engineer with strong DevOps skills to customize a pre-built, open-source video meeting platform. The full source code will be provided, so you won't be building video calling from scratch.

Scope (high level)
Deploy and rebrand the platform on my cloud account (web and mobile)
Automatic meeting recording with cloud storage and a fixed retention period
A separate portal for authorized observers to follow live sessions
Participant notice and consent built in
A simple admin dashboard

You should have
Production experience with open-source WebRTC platforms (self-hosting, customizing, scaling)
Backend skills (Node.js or Python, JWT, REST APIs)
Cloud and DevOps skills (AWS, GCP or DigitalOcean, Docker, autoscaling)
Experience with live streaming (RTMP, HLS) and cloud storage
Deliverables
A working platform deployed on my cloud account
Source code in my private repository
Documentation and a short handover
