I need a full-featured workforce management web application built on a classic LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). The system will let me store detailed worker profiles, track time and attendance, allocate daily or weekly tasks, monitor performance, and automatically calculate payroll.
Users will sign in via email-and-password or their preferred social account, and a second-factor step must be available to anyone with elevated permissions. Dashboards and permissions must stay tightly separated: Admins and Managers handle configuration, task assignment, and reporting, while Workers simply view their schedules, check in / out, request leave, and see their own stats.
Key deliverables
• Responsive web interface with clean, modern UI
• Modules for Profiles, Attendance & Timesheets, Task Allocation, Performance Analytics, Payroll, and Role-Based Access
• Authentication flow covering email login, social login, and 2-factor verification
• Downloadable reports (PDF or CSV) for activity and payroll, plus on-screen charts for quick insights
• Source code, database schema, and a short deployment guide so I can move the app to my production server without surprises
Acceptance criteria
1. Every feature described above is accessible through the web interface and stores data reliably in MySQL.
2. Role permissions are enforced on every route and API call.
3. Payroll calculations reflect regular time, overtime, and approved leave hours.
4. The project installs cleanly on a vanilla LAMP environment using the provided guide.
If you’ve built similar HR or workforce tools before and you’re comfortable delivering on LAMP, let’s talk timing and milestones.
