Web CRM for Cleaning Franchise

I run a growing cleaning franchise and I’m ready to move all of our daily operations into a single, web-based CRM. The system needs to cover three core areas: franchise management (on-boarding new franchisees, tracking royalties, viewing territory performance), client scheduling with real-time calendar views, and a straightforward billing & invoicing module that can handle recurring jobs as well as one-offs.

Because everything will live in the browser, a responsive interface is essential so owners and field staff can log in from laptops or tablets without installing extra software. I’d also like tight integrations with the accounting software we already use and with our email-marketing platform so invoices, payments, and campaign data stay in sync automatically.

Deliverables
• Fully deployed web application (source code + database schema)
• Franchise management, scheduling, and billing modules working end-to-end
• API or connector for our accounting package and email marketing tool
• Basic user guide or short video walkthrough for administrators

Clean, maintainable code is important; a modern framework such as Laravel, Django, or Node/React would be ideal, but I’m open to your preferred stack as long as it’s well-documented and scalable.
