I need a parametric model in FreeCAD for a wall-mounted outer enclosure that will house my door-phone electronics. The box will be installed fully outdoors, so every surface, gasket groove, and drainage detail has to stand up to direct rain and strong sun. Inside, there must be clearly defined seats, pillars, or clips for a ready-made circuit board, plus space and front-face openings for a single push-button, a small microphone, and a speaker grille. No camera is required.

Please keep the file completely editable in FreeCAD so I can tweak wall thicknesses or add logos later. The design must be oriented toward straightforward FDM printing without support nightmares—split shells, snap fits, or captive-nut inserts are all fine as long as they print cleanly on a typical 0.4 mm nozzle.

Deliverables:
• FreeCAD (.FCStd) file with labeled bodies and dimensions
• Ready-to-slice STLs for each printable part
• A brief note on assembly order, fasteners, and recommended print settings (material, infill, layer height)

I will validate the work by dropping the electronics into your file, printing a first draft, and checking weather-sealing features, so tolerances and part clearances must be realistic.
