I have a batch of raw clips that need to be shaped into persuasive Facebook and Instagram video ads with one clear objective: driving more sales or leads. The footage is already shot; what I’m missing is the creative eye and technical polish that turns scattered clips into scroll-stopping, conversion-ready assets.
Here’s how I see the workflow:
• You review the raw material, plan a tight narrative hook within the first 3 seconds, and assemble 15–30 second variations optimised for the Facebook and Instagram feed as well as Stories/Reels ratios.
• Motion graphics, captions, product call-outs, and a strong end-card with my CTA must be integrated so viewers know exactly what to do next.
• Colour grading, audio balancing, and light sound-design should match the upbeat, direct-response style that converts best on these platforms.
• Final files delivered in 1080 × 1920 (vertical) and 1080 × 1080 (square) MP4, compressed for social without sacrificing clarity.
Acceptance criteria
— First three seconds instantly highlight the value prop.
— Branding, fonts, and colour palette align with the guidelines I’ll supply.
— Each edit loops cleanly, is under 30 seconds, and meets Facebook ad specs.
— Two rounds of revisions included so we can A/B test.
If you’re comfortable in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent) and have a knack for performance-driven storytelling, let’s get the first draft rolling.
