VVVV: Mobile App for Child Protection, Anonymous Reporting & Public Awareness

## Project Overview

I am looking for an experienced **mobile app developer or development team** to design and develop **VVVV**, a secure child-protection, reporting, help-seeking, and public-awareness platform focused initially on Bangladesh.

The purpose of VVVV is to provide students and other vulnerable users with a simple and discreet way to:

* Report sexual exploitation, abuse, harassment, or other crimes
* Share their personal experiences or stories
* Upload photographs or supporting materials
* Select the category of crime or concern they wish to report
* Request help
* Submit reports anonymously or provide contact information where appropriate

At the same time, VVVV will function as a **public awareness and digital publishing platform**.

Selected reports and stories will be reviewed, edited, anonymized where necessary, and approved by authorized administrators before being published on the public-facing application.

**A user submission must never automatically become publicly visible.**

This distinction between the **private reporting system** and the **public publishing system** is a fundamental requirement of the project.
