Description:

We are looking for a recruiter or recruitment agency in Peru to find, screen, and coordinate 85 native Peruvian Spanish speakers for a voice recording project.

Project details

Country: Peru
Participants: 85 ordinary people (not professional voice actors)
Task: each participant reads 300 sentences (scripts provided by us)
Recording: through an APK app provided by us, on the participant's own Android phone, in a quiet environment
An Android phone is mandatory
A Peruvian Spanish accent is mandatory

Participant profile

Gender: approx. 50% male / 50% female
Age distribution:
5-15 years: 13% (~11 participants)
16-25 years: 35% (~30)
26-60 years: 40% (~34)
61-70 years: 12% (~10)

Your responsibilities

Recruit and screen participants (accent, device, age and gender quotas)
Coordinate and follow up with each participant until their recordings are completed
Handle participant compensation yourself (included in your fee)
Obtain consent from participants (and from a parent or guardian for minors)

Quality control
All recordings will be reviewed. If a recording does not meet the requirements, the participant must re-record it. Failed or re-recorded submissions are not paid.

Payment

Maximum USD 20 per successfully completed participant, all-inclusive (recruitment, participant compensation, coordination, and follow-up)
No additional budget is available

Timeline

Minimum 21 participants per week (more is welcome)
