Virtual Property Trading Platform

The project is to build a web-based marketplace where users buy, list, and sell virtual plots of land. Three distinct roles must be fully supported—Buyers, Sellers, and Administrators—each with a tailored dashboard and permission set.

A live price-trend index sits at the centre of the experience. Historical sales data will drive interactive charts so users can gauge market direction before committing to a trade. Accuracy, fast loading, and clear visualisation are critical; think responsive graphs that can be filtered, sorted, and exported.

Core deliverables
• Listing engine for virtual plots, complete with search, filter, and bid/offer workflow
• Role-based authentication and account management for Buyers, Sellers, Administrators
• Real-time price-trend module that stores, analyses, and displays sales data
• Admin panel for content moderation, dispute handling, and platform metrics
• Well-documented, fully tested codebase ready for deployment (React/Vue front-end and Node/Python back-end are both acceptable; SQL/PostgreSQL preferred)

Acceptance criteria include seamless operation in a staging environment, sub-2-second page loads on desktop and mobile, and passing unit/integration test suites. Please share your preferred tech stack, timeline, and any similar projects when responding.
