We are looking for an experienced freelancer who can provide a **verified Meta Business Manager (Business Portfolio)** using legitimate company registration documents and connect a **UK +44 phone number to the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API**.

**We already have our own messaging application built with Lovable.** We do not need a CRM, messaging dashboard, automation software, or third-party messaging platform.

### What We Need

1. Set up a Meta Business Portfolio and complete business verification using valid, authorized company documents.
2. Provide a UK +44 phone number capable of receiving Meta verification SMS or calls.
3. Create and configure a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) through Meta.
4. Register the UK number with the official WhatsApp Cloud API.
5. Configure our preferred WhatsApp Business display name and submit it for Meta approval.
