Title: Hanoi-Based Food Videographer & Editor – Vietnamese Street Food Documentary
We are looking for a freelance videographer or small production team based in Hanoi, Vietnam, to produce Vietnamese street food and Cooking ASMR videos.
Project Scope
Film and edit a complete food documentary video, approximately 30 minutes long.
Capture the full cooking process, from ingredient preparation to final presentation.
Focus on visually appealing dishes, colorful ingredients, generous portions, large-batch cooking and authentic kitchen sounds.
Suggest suitable dishes and filming locations. We are open to creative proposals.
Coordinate directly with restaurant owners to obtain filming permission and arrange the shooting schedule.
Deliver the edited video and make revisions based on feedback.
Technical Requirements
4K footage, 16:9 aspect ratio, minimum 60fps.
Natural, neutral colors and authentic cooking sounds.
Own filming and audio equipment.
Experience in food videography, documentary filming or similar projects is preferred.
Location: Hanoi and surrounding areas, Vietnam. On-site filming is required.
Budget: Please provide your quotation based on the proposed scope, including all services and expenses.
Timeline: November 2026. We prefer to start filming and receive the completed video as soon as possible.
