Looking for an experienced UX/UI Product Designer to audit and redesign an existing SaaS platform for appointment-based service businesses.
This project covers the entire product and website, not just selected pages or the homepage. The designer will be given access to the existing platform and is expected to go through it independently, evaluate the current user experience, and determine what should be redesigned, improved, reorganized, simplified, combined, removed, or added.
Full Project Scope
-The designer will review and design the complete experience for desktop and mobile, including:
-Entire public marketing website and all public-facing pages
-Entire business account side, including all pages, subpages, dashboards, settings, forms, workflows, and important states
-Owner, Manager, Receptionist, and Provider experiences and role-specific access
-Entire platform staff/admin side, including all internal dashboards, pages, tools, workflows, and states
-Complete customer booking experience from beginning through confirmation
-Booking page editor and customization experience
-4 different booking page styles businesses can choose from
-All applicable customer and business email templates
-Navigation and information architecture
-Responsive desktop and mobile experiences
-Empty, loading, error, success, confirmation, and other important states
-Reusable components and overall design consistency
-Mock photos, graphics, and mock video concepts/assets where appropriate
This is not simply a visual refresh. We are looking for someone with strong UX judgment who can evaluate the existing product and recommend meaningful improvements to usability, navigation, hierarchy, workflows, and overall product experience.
The ideal candidate has experience with SaaS products, dashboards, complex web applications, booking or scheduling platforms, and admin systems.
Project will be $100 total. Please only apply if you are okay working with a $100 budget.
