I need a seasoned US-based recruiter who can quickly locate and secure part-time IT professionals. Every role you touch will demand genuine technical skills, so you must feel comfortable diving deep into résumés, asking the right screening questions, and separating real expertise from buzzwords.

You’ll handle the full recruiting cycle—translating my rough brief into an attractive posting, sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Stack Overflow Jobs or your own network, phone-screening for technical competence, coordinating interviews with my team, and guiding the offer through acceptance.

Deliverables
• A shortlist of at least five fully vetted, US-based candidates per position, each with a concise technical-fit summary, availability, and pay expectations
• A weekly pipeline update until the hire is made
