Mixed Data Entry Transfer

I have a set of records—some purely textual, others numerical—sitting in an online database. I need every field moved into a clean, well-structured Excel spreadsheet while maintaining full accuracy and consistency.

Scope
• Log in to the online database I provide and capture each mixed-data record exactly as displayed.
• Validate spellings, numbers, and basic formatting as you go; no content changes, just tidy and consistent entry.
• Organize the final workbook with clear column headings, frozen header row, and simple filters so I can sort and analyse the data immediately.

Deliverable
• One Excel (.xlsx) file containing every record from the source database, verified and ready for use.

Timeline and quality are important to me, so attention to detail and a track record in data entry projects are a plus.
